Τα ενοικιαζόμενα διαμερίσματα & δωμάτια βρίσκονται 120 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα στον Κάβο Λευκίμμης Κέρκυρας, μια από τις μεγαλύτερες παραλίες του νησιού με άμμο. Είναι στο κέντρο του οικισμού, σε περιοχή χωρίς θόρυβο μιας και βρίσκονται 50 μέτρα από τον κεντρικό δρόμο.

Τα δωμάτια είναι κατασκευασμένα με σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις και αποτελούν ένα ενιαίο κτίριο διώροφο. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχουν πέντε διαμερίσματα, τρεις γκαρσονιέρες που διαθέτουν υπνοδωμάτιο, w.c., καθιστικό – κουζίνα 30τ.μ. και δυο δυάρια που διαθέτουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια, w.c., κουζίνα – τραπεζαρία – καθιστικό 52τ.μ. Στις γκαρσονιέρες υπάρχουν από δυο κρεβάτια ενώ στα δυάρια από τέσσερα. Τα ίδια ακριβώς δωμάτια υπάρχουν και στον α΄όροφο όπου πηγαίνεις με εξωτερική σκάλα. Όλα τα δωμάτια κλιματίζονται. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Αλλαγή ιματισμού κάθε βδομάδα. Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια.

Στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο έχει εκτός των φυτών και των δένδρων παραδοσιακή αυλή με σκιά από μποκαμβίλιες και τραπέζι με καρέκλες, επίσης υπάρχει μπάρμπεκιου πέτρινο παραδοσιακό καθώς και πηγάδι. Το κτίριο είναι παραδοσιακό και όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν βεράντα.

The apartments are located 120m from the sea in Kavos-Lefkimi of Corfu, one of the biggest sandy beaches in Corfu island. They are at the center of the settling in a quiet area 50m from the central road.

It is a new built, contemporary, two-storeyed building. It consists of five apartments at the ground floor, three small apartments that have a bedroom, w.c., living room – kitchen 30m2 and two bigger apartments with two bedrooms, w.c., kitchen – dining room – living room 52m2. At the small apartments there are two beds and at the bigger apartments there are four beds. The external stairs will lead you at the first floor where there are also five apartments same as the ones at the ground floor. All rooms are air-conditioned. Everyday cleaning, change of clothing every week.

The external area is surrounded by plants and trees and a traditional yard with a table and chairs shaded by bougainvilleas. The re is also a stone, traditional barbecue and a well. It is a traditional building and all the bedrooms have verandas.

Gli appartamenti in affitto si trovano a 120m. dal mare di Kavo-Lefkimmi (Corfu), una spiaggia sabbiosa tra le piu grandi dell'isola. Si trovano nel centro abitato, in una zona tranquilla dove non arriva il rumore della strada centrale, che e a 50 m. di distanza.

Le camere fanno parte di un unico edificio a due piani in stile locale e dispongono di attrezzature moderne e di ogni comfort. A pianterreno ci sono 5 appartamentini: 3 hanno una superficie di 30 mq (camera da letto, WC, sala - cucina) e 2 sono di 52mq (due camere da letto, WC, cucina - tinello - sala). Negli appartamentini piu piccoli ci sono due letti, mentre in quelli piu grandi ce ne sono quattro. Tramite una scala esterna si accede al piano superiore, dove ci sono altrettante camere. Tutte sono fornite di impianto di condizionamento e di balcone. Le pulizie vengono eseguite giornalmente. Cambio biancheria una volta la settimana.

L'ambiente circostante e particolarmente confortevole e rilassante grazie ad alberi, piante e un cortile con buganvillee e tavoli, come vuole la tradizione locale, che offre ombra e relax. Ci sono anche un pozzo e un barbecue in pietra.
